It’s established that, to know the outcomes of every decision you have to know the approach the particular leader used in arriving at that decision. Traditionally, two approaches are used to arrive at a decision. The "first principle basis “and the "analogy basis". First principle emphasizes on the root cause. It breaks the situation to the fundamental cause and starts to build from that. This method to decision making is what most great leaders have deployed. Aristotle and Plato as well as Jesus can be considered the chief proponents of this approach to understanding the human reality.
