A chapter on the early history of the Anglican Church in Ghana could well be devoted to the work of Rev. Philip Quaque, M.A. (Oxon), the first African ordained into the ministry of the Church of England after the Reformation in 1765.

Finance Minister - Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta

On March 2nd, 2017, Ghana’s Finance Minister, Mr. Ken Ofori- Atta presented his maiden budget to Parliament.  The minister christened his budget ‘’ Asempa Budget’’ in the Twi language, loosely translated as ‘’Good news Budget’’.
