    The Government’s One-District One-Factory (1D1F) programme has received a significant boost following the signing of a US$300 million cooperative agreement between the Ghana Export-Import Bank (GEXIM) and United States of America Export-Import Bank (EXIM).

So, the first time I heard about the NPP's Nana indicating they want to build factories in every districtwas I believe yesterday on Joy FM and I even tweeted (@marrickegane) about it when I believe Akomea indicated that "they will know the cost of the projects as soon as the feasibilities were known. I immediately HIT back to say NO NO NO Sir, you need to have costed your projects instead to determine their funding, operational and sustainability viability - not the other way round. At that point I quickly made a mental note - where then lies the comparative relevancy in questioning Mahama's Komenda factory without the raw materials - it’s also the other way round right???
