It is evident that a few of the leaders left in Africa especially the West African sub region are oblivious of this quote. Thanks to the cold war and greed this area became the bedrock of coups and civil wars that striped the citizenry of almost everything. Over the past twenty-five years however, democracy seems to be taking hold country by country, ridding the people of the tyranny of a few.
