- You use them when you want - calling them fellow patriots but abandon them to their own fate when it comes to their need for keeping body and soul together.
All the educated in the NPP, who have and continue to desperately scramble over each other for government jobs should bow their heads in absolute shame. You marched alongside these guys in the trenches, and as soon as your bid for office was successful, you quickly left them in the lurch and hopped into juicy government jobs - thus creating the largest bureaucracy ever in the history of Ghana.
Now they're left to their own mindless devices, and with no informed guidance, you watch them create what can only be described as a dangerous parody of a security gang, in their desperate bid for survival; all under your very noses. Big shame on you all, from the office of the president to the district executives; you have failed the young people who sacrificed themselves doing what they know best, whether rightly or wrongly, to bring you into office.
Now they have become a danger to our collective existence, because you have failed to create lawful and well-regulated opportunities to absorb these youths. If all your education can afford is a comfortable government job, then you have failed your compatriots who never had that privilege. What prevents you from using your knowledge to create organized and regulated means by which these teaming youths may be employed? You're equally as guilty as the raging militia you have caused them to constitute - and every bone they broke or blood they shed is equally on you.
You use them when you want - calling them fellow patriots but abandon them to their own fate when it comes to their need for keeping body and soul together. How can you not know that the only way to eliminate the issue of thuggery from our politics is when you create means of lawful employment for these young men and women? How can you not know that you're the genesis and creator of all the violent impunity in your half of the political sphere if you deploy able bodied men and women for political campaigns and fail to create employment opportunities responsive to their needs and the needs of their other colleagues in the country?
Your dereliction of responsibility, bestowed on you by the very fact of your education, is the cause of this canker of "political militia" in the country, not the desperate struggles of disenfranchised youth trying to survive - by any means anyhow.
Now let's hear you jump onto the media with your god forsaken classroom grammar, to condemn the "thugs", without as much as assuming an iota of responsibility; and like Kennedy Agyapong will say; "Wo b3 gye wo bl33dy fool"
