Zylofon Cash Premier League side, Accra Hearts of Oak, have reportedly reached a contractual agreement with Albanian side KF Tirana for the transfer of Winful Cobbinah.

The completion of the contract depends on the talented 26-year old midfielder passing the appropriate medical and physical tests upon his arrival arrival in Albania.

A statement signed by the club’s Communications Manager, Kwame Opare Addo, stated that Cobbinah's sale is also subject to him successfully registering via the FIFA TMS system.

“The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club has successfully negotiated a transfer agreement for the talented midfielder Winful Cobbinah to join Albanian giants, KF Tirana,” the club announce in a statement Friday.

“The transfer is subject to the player passing a medical with his new club and properly registering via the Fifa TMS,” it added.

The club’s management expressed their gratitude to the talented Cobbinah for his services and wished him the very best with his new team.

The move marks Winful Cobinnah’s second trip to Europe this year.

Earlier in January, he downplayed claims that he failed a medical at Danish club Viborg FF, and returned home to continue his career with Hearts of Oak.
He was the MVP of the 2017 MTN FA Cup and also a member of the Black Stars B squad that won the WAFU Zone B Trophy.

The Zylofon Cash Premier League is currently on an indefinite hold, following allegations of corruption against former GFA Boss, Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi and several other FA officials, in a documentary produced by ace investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, and the subsequent disbanding of the Association by President Akufo-Addo.
