2004 continental Masters - Accra Hearts of Oak – are set to unveil their new Head Coach, Frank Nuttal, following his surprise appointment and arrival in the country three days ago.
The unveiling ceremony is scheduled for today, at the Goil filling station just after La Palm, right at the junction of Teshie Bush road, in Accra at 1:30pm.
Frank Nuttal is a former lecturer from Cardiff University who started his coaching career as a fitness manager/coach with West Bromwich Albion before moving on to Bristol City in 2002 as an Assistant Coach.
His fitness coaching record includes stints with Glasgow Rangers in 2005 and the 2010 England U17 UEFA Champions team.
He joins Accra Hearts of Oak from Kenyan giant side - Gor Mahia - where he won the 2014/15 League title with 78 points and an unbeaten record.
He holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science and has also coached in China, UK, UAE and Qatar.
The Phobians have been on the hunt for a new head coach since the acrimonious departure of their Japanese fan favorite coach in July of last year.
